The impacts of AI and Gen AI to our industries, digital disruption, changing employee dynamics, shifting technology and data infrastructure needs, increasing cyber security concerns – as leaders we continue to face new levels of uncertainty. But if we’ve learned anything from recent years, it’s disruption and uncertainty are here to stay: uncertainty is the new certainty.

While we cannot predict what the next pivotal change to our organizational landscapes might be, as technology leaders, we can learn to make good decisions to adapt, perform, and succeed through them.

Join us on March 7 as we explore how to Survive Reset Thrive with author Dr. Rebecca Homkes.  Survive Reset Thrive is a pragmatic and proactive practice of growth that empowers leaders to embrace ambiguity, navigate any market condition and achieve long-lasting performance and success.

Facilitated by Scott Levy (CEO, ResultMaps), the interactive discussion will explore how technology leaders can make the shift from planning to preparing as they build the capability of making great decisions, even though they cannot make great predictions.

We will explore what it means for the technology team to:

  1. Survive – stabilize your business with proactive measures, move quickly when there are disruptions, and then employ “power moves” when the situation changes, allowing you to absorb—and even leverage—the unexpected shocks that will occur.

  2. Reset – reset your strategy in response to changing dynamics around you, to ensure your organization moves into Thrive.  The reset is the ultimate power move.

  3. Thrive – execute with agility and learning along the way to a sustainable, successful high-growth path that allows your organization to thrive no matter what situation you find yourself in.

Don’t miss this high-energy, high-impact discussion tailored to the needs of technology leaders who want to lead their organizations to Thrive.
