Toney is the CEO of EverythingBlockchain Inc. He is a cybersecurity pioneer that has been leading teams in the cybersecurity and information technology fields for over 30 years. Everything Blockchain, Inc. (EBI), is a publicly traded technology company focused on new ways to store, retrieve, and protect data at large scale. Mr. Jennings came to EBI through the acquisition of Vengar Technologies, LLC., the developer of the world’s first Zero Trust Data Platform, where he was a founder and CEO. Prior to that Mr. Jennings was a serial startup CEO presiding over multiple successful companies and exits to companies such as Cisco, Trustwave, and Ivanti.
He started his career as an officer at the Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFIWC), conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of operational Department of Defense (DoD) networks worldwide.

Mr. Harris has developed many innovations in the areas of distributed computing, artificial intelligence and blockchain including two blockchain patents.
