Ronny Majeed has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Ronny is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Hiya Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Channel Director at Talkdesk from November 2020 to August 2023. From December 2018 to November 2020, they served as the National Channel Director at 8x8, where they were responsible for managing unified cloud communication products. Ronny has also held positions at CDW, where they worked as a Field Account Executive, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Corporate Account Manager, and Corporate Account Manager, contributing to the growth and success of the company for over a decade. Ronny's extensive experience in sales and account management showcases their expertise in building strong client relationships and delivering IT solutions.

Ronny Majeed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Walter E. Heller College of Business - Roosevelt University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, they have a bachelor's degree in Political Science from DePaul University- College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.
