Marcia brings 20 years of technology and channel experience in managing and maintaining strategic relationships with partners, VARs, MSPs and distributors and their vast networks of trusted advisors. In previous roles, Marcia was the National Channel Manager at Armor Security and led the Cloud Platform Executive Team within CDW’s Cloud Practice for 15 years. Dempster is a staunch advocate of women empowerment groups like the Alliance of Channel Women where she was awarded ACW’s elite LEAD Award in 2019, WOTC Leadership Network, and the Cloud Girls National Organization where she serves as Board Member. She was awarded CRN Channel Chief in 2024 and has consistently been recognized on CRN's Women of the Channel list since 2019.
