Panel Discussion:

The Power of Building

A Resilient Technology organization

There’s no doubt technology is a stabilizing factor in an uncertain world. The advancements that have appeared over the past few years continue to gain ground and the organizations that have made it through recent and ongoing turbulence are using their resilience as a catalyst to launch them into the future.

Technology alone cannot solve all the world’s problems, but it can accelerate solutions for those with the right vision.

In this panel discussion, we’ll unpack inflationary uncertainty, evolving cybersecurity risks, advances in new technology, challenges in hiring and retaining tech talent, and how all those things are influencing technology executives to stabilize their businesses.

KEYNOTE PRESENTATION:

The Future of Work is

Women in Tech

We hear it all the time ‘women in tech are underrepresented’.

But WHY? Women bring an entirely different (and valuable) perspective to the table. An essential part of technology is breaking boundaries, innovating, and presenting new ideas to the world. With more diverse perspectives in the mix, we can understand problems from all angles and more likely, invent effective solutions.

The good news is that companies are implementing real, meaningful change for the future of women in technology. Mentorship, role models, and hands-on experience starting at a young age will empower the next generation and the next and the next one after that to pursue careers in technology.

Join us, as we talk with Debbie Stephens on her journey into technology and how she is mentoring and encouraging the next wave of technologists.
