The Importance of Building Pathways for Women in Leadership

Research shows that companies with greater gender diversity among senior leadership are more profitable. However, the challenge remains that women are underrepresented on leadership teams in most organizations. While many businesses actively have Employee Resource Group (ERG) presence that are tackling women empowerment at scale, fostering a sense of community among direct teams increases belonging. It’s important to ask yourself: what are you doing to help the core group of women you work with day in and day out?

This session will cover steps companies today can take to build key infrastructure for a successful organization: developing communities that recognize and empower women.
